I was one day away from closing on my home in Sugar Land, and the buyers were having an issue with two light bulbs that were out 30ft into the foyer ceiling! I called Mister Sparky pretty frantic about how I was going to get this issue resolved on short notice. I spoke with their scheduler and was appreciative of how she was compassionate about my situation. She worked with my time crunch. The electrician showed up on time and fixed the problem quickly! I called about an electrical issue at 8:40, by 10:30 a tech was at my door. Clint B was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He went above & beyond to make sure he left me a satisfied customer. The work was completed promptly & he left not 1 piece of mess to clean. Needed circuit breaker replaced and a couple of wall light switches replaced covered under my Electric Repair Plan. They sent out Mr Sonny form your company. He didn't just do the job from the work order then leave. He listened to me then explained to me my options. After he finished we when over it to my satisfaction and he offered some valuable suggestions to help me in the future. He left my home clean and he was courteous and professional.
I had leg go out so I had lost half the electricity to my house. I called Mister Sparky they came right out, were able to get everything scheduled and by 4:00 p.m. I had electricity!! Nina and Ryan were great!!!
Beginning at the initial phone conversation (Vanessa ?) to the last conversation during the short 3 to 4 question review prior to the technician leaving.... I was beyond pleased with the entire experience with Mister Sparky and Clint B (on site tech)...They were able to set an appointment in less than 24 hours... even though it was not an urgency.... Clint B showed up exactly at the time scheduled...introduced himself, was very professional and seemed to be very knowledgeable... He took the time to address my immediate concerns but also ask if there was anything else I may be concerned about... they also did an electrically inspection at no extra cost... I am new to the area, a woman with little to no experience dealing with electrical issues, and maybe a little paranoid that people will try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge... He patiently explained and educated me on the specific areas that needed attention and that might be potential issues after making sure my initial issues were addressed 1st and foremost... He provided a detailed list of options and prices without a pressured sales pitch...prior to any work being started...he seemed to be genuinely concerned about my safety and the safety of my home..... I actually could go on and on but I think you get my drift.... I will definitely call on Mister Sparky again and ask specifically for Clint B...
